So quality is the first we concern. So consistently high quality is one of the fundamental characteristic of our production process from the raw material to finished products.

     The following departments specialize in carrying out and supervising on the quality testing and quality control throughout the production:
      Firstly, the technical groups of production and technical department, before setting up mass production , will meet with R&D dept, backed by various testing machines: tape-seam machines, water-leakage testing machines, tearstreagth and tensile tear/abrasion equipments, needle-checking machines... and study the designs to the details, testing every material carefully, finding out any possible defectives in designs or material, and submit the improper design/material report to customers for final confirmation, as to avoid any irretrievable errors in material ordering and production line.
      Secondly, the Q/A or Q/C department will effect the intensive and strict quality control system frenquantly throughout the entire manufacture process. Above all, all material arrived at our warehouse, need to be 100% tested and confirmed both by our warehouse groups and Q/C group . This is the key point to sure correct production . Cutting will only be proceeded on after the inspection both by QC Group and Material Warehouse Group. And both Q/C group and cutting group will watch on the cutting process to find out off-set-color-material, and assorted stacking. Moreover, Q/C group will pay more attention to the diferrent shadow. Semi-products and final product quality inspection, over-all quality inspection will be effected by the QC group in order to identify the achievement of the workers' salary and bonuses.
